Chris Redfield-Race against time

Felt like I could have done this joint better, but got to keep it moving after spending too long coloring it.

This is a fan art of Chris Redfield from the Resident evil franchise, and it's from my fan fiction that I still haven't thought all the way through, but I'm sure I'll get a solid grasp on some sort of story as I continue to draw characters.

In this joint, Chris has been informed that a bioterrorist has fled from West Africa to Miracle City Florida. They had intel that the terrorist was working with TRICELL, what was left of it. Chris knew what TRICELL did to Kijuju along with Wesker, and he wasn't backing down from this one. After nearly a year of no Bioterrorism, since he last saw it in Laishing, Chris was ready to tackle it again.

As he and a team went to one of the remaining TRICELL labs left on earth in Miracle city, one of Chris' teammates spotted the terrorist that he saw in West Africa. Chris ran the face down for recognition, and found out it was someone he knew. Chris would call up a comrade to hear his explanation on the wanted terrorist. After hearing nothing about TRICELL Chris knew some scheme laid in place for this.

As he and the team got ready for an aggressive entry, Chris got a call from a BSAA agent in an little bird helicopter, conforming an outbreak of a virus in the borough of Raekwoar. Chris and his team, immediately, put the current mission on hold, to deal with the number 1 concern for the BSAA, and that is to contain the outbreak if possible. As they raced to the borough of Raekwoar, the team came across a gridlocked traffic jam. In a desperation move, Chris orders his team to reach the area on foot. Chris pretty much knows he and 3 other BSAA agents can hardly contain an outbreak by the time they get there, and hearing it getting worse from the BSAA agent in the chopper, Chris acknowledges the fact that Miracle City which was considered a flashpoint in the war on bioterrorism due to the fact that TRICELL's main lab resided there, has now erupted into a warzone on bioterrorism. But still Chris believes that he and his team must do what they can to try to stop the outbreak from reaching category 4 status.

The 5 main categories for an biohazard outbreak are in following order:
Category 1: Quarantine(scale: minor/SOP: isolate point source, neutralize threat)
Category 2: Outbreak(scale: major/SOP: Contain and evacuate zone, set up safe zones for civilians, neutralize outbreak)
Category 3: Endemic(Scale: serious/SOP: Set up a perimeter around area, continue to take in civilians, neutralize outbreak before it reaches Endemic levels)
Category 4: Epidemic(scale: disastrous/SOP: Lock down safe zones, neutralize everyone outside except BSAA Combat search and rescue squads, BSAA CSARS are to eliminate anything in their way, en route to getting VIPs that are secluded outside of safe zones, after extracting VIPs within UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopters, additional BSAA CSARS with CH-53E Super Stallions are to begin evacuation of civilians, the region containing the epidemic is to be tactically dealt with before it reaches epidemic levels)
Category 5: Pandemic(scale: Catastrophic/SOP: If the infection is too strong for ground forces to handle, all BSAA personnel are to evacuate the region before a thermonuclear strike is to eradicate the epidemic before it gets to pandemic levels. After nuclear strike, BSAA extermination squads are to surround the region outside the nuclear blast, and work their way in to ensure the epidemic is eradicated.)

The background killed me, and so did Chris. I couldn't think of the right pose for him, so I tried something I never did before. I drew him hauling @$$ on the crowed Miracle City streets. There's no burning buildings or anything in the background due to the fact, it's still in the early stages of the outbreak. Although his bio on many sites state that Chris is a marksman and is good with sniper rifles, but the fact is that, since he's incredible Hulked up, I can only see the Bruiser known as Chris Redfield with a SAW. So I drew him carrying an M249 para with an ECLAN Specter DR scope (which has an green lens) an MAGPUL UBR stock(Which is green), a MAGPUL MAID pistol grip(Which is green), an MAGPUL RVG(Which is green), an AN-PEQ-15(Which is green and has a green laser), and a GEMTECH adapter. I'm still on that STANAG mag fix, and the M249 para can take STANAG magazines, usually for emergency purposes, since it is prone to jamming that way. The gun he has slung on his back is a Protecta shotgun which is an evolved variant of the Striker Shotgun has MAGPUL MBUS sights(Which are green), and an AIMSHOT HG pro, and he has a shotgun shell sling with it. And the gun in his holster is a Beretta 92FS target model which has an AN-PEQ-14, and an ULTRADOT MATCHDOT.

I could have done better with the speed lines, which I notice now, but I'm sure I'll do better on those in the future. Hope y'all like it. Peace.
